With the rapid development of the packaging delivery industry in china,as a folding carton technology in the equipment,Die-cutting machine has great research and development value in the market.To improve production efficiency,advanced die-cutting models are in the printing, die-cutting production line direction,but the current speed of the printing press can generally be up to 12000-15000 pages per hour,The flat pressure die-cutting machine is 5500-7500 pages per hour,seriously hampered the realization of on-line production. In the market the die-cutting machine all most use crank double-elbow-bar mechanism, this mechanism restricts the die-cutting machine speed to further improve, so if someone who wants to make die-cutting speed has a major breakthrough, must make a institutional innovation on the move platform transmission system.In order to design such a mechanism, this paper designs a cam mechanism with three cams which are conjugate to each other based on die-cutting process and principle, and analyzes the characteristics of the mechanism. Then, the lower toggle bar and lower roller And the kinematic analysis of the moving platform, the design of the main cam and follower cam,and the pressure angle and radius of curvature were verified to prove the rationality of the entire structure.Secondly, under the condition of high speed and heavy load, using the Hertz formula of elasticity theory, a method of calculating the contact stress of cam surface is put forward under the assumed condition, and the cam and roller are line contact in the mechanism designed in this paper. The surface contact stress of the cam is calculated as 267.89 MPa and the strength of the cam is checked when the load of the moving platform is 200 T.At the same time, based on the analysis of the kinematics and surface contact stress of the mechanism, and the dimension determined, the whole mechanism is modeled three-dimensionally. The precision of the caminstallation angle is four digits after the decimal point. Based on the established component model, ANSYS is used to analyze the upper and lower toggle mechanism of the moving platform, and the structure of the upper and lower toggle rods is optimized.Finally, the vibration test of the traditional crank double-elbow-bar mechanism was carried out. The vibration characteristics of the die-cutting machine and the vibration comparison of each part were analyzed. Then the kinematic simulation structure was designed based on MATLAB and SolidWorks. The simulation results of the crank double-elbow-bar mechanism can be used to predict the vibrations of the die-cutting machine with the new mechanism, and improve the structure based on the test results in the design and installation.
