With the development of society and economy,the scale and volume of public building construction are also getting larger and larger,and the gathering scale of people flow is also increasing.A large number of fire safety accidents also remind people of the importance of building evacuation design and evacuation.The design becomes a difficult problem between designers and users.How to design better flow evacuation design,perform better simulation and exercise during use,and be safe and orderly in fire and other emergencies To conduct evacuation,better evacuation design is an important prerequisite for ensuring safe evacuation in emergency situations.This paper adopts the multi-factor comprehensive analysis theory method,takes the middle school teaching building project as the research background,carries on the3 D technology simulation analysis research to the safety evacuation design.In the theoretical analysis,starting from the factors affecting evacuation,including evacuation time,evacuation distance,evacuation width,evacuation,density,etc.,the innovation proposed the concept of evacuation zoning,and the proposed evacuation zoning is conducive to better establishment and evacuation.Corresponding evacuation design is also conducive to avoiding the disorderly evacuation of personnel and is conducive to safe and orderly evacuation.At the same time,taking into account the behavioral and psychological patterns of evacuation design,the partitions with more frequent use are considered as The main zoning is to strengthen the evacuation design of the area,and to propose the identification and guidance system for the evacuation zoning,and to cooperate with the evacuation zoning to achieve the role of evacuation guidance and personnel diversion.Based on the theoretical research,using the BIM building model information and the evacuation analysis software Pathfinder,the simulation analysis was performed through the combination of the evacuation exit width,the evacuation exit location,the total evacuation number,and the number of district evacuations,so as to achieve a more reasonable Evacuation design(shorter evacuation time).In the final practical application analysis of the paper,based on the evacuation design of the middle school teaching building,through the simulation comparison and analysis of the two evacuation models,the method and flow of the architectural evacuation design are further elaborated,and the contents of the evaluation of the safety fire protection performance are expanded and can be adopted.Combined with the fire simulation software,the relationship between the required evacuation time and allowable evacuation time is further analyzed.After researching this paper,we have come to the conclusion that establishing evacuation zones is conducive to safe evacuation.We have made innovations in the analysis method(combination of theory and three-dimensional simulation technology),identification of evacuation zones,and guidance systems,and we have evacuated zoning theory and three-dimensional simulations.The technology is applied in the study of middle school teaching buildings,and provides a high practical reference value for the application of building evacuation design and fire simulation exercises.
