The Fire Command System Based On GIS

The economy of our country keeps healthy development and people's living standard greatly improves in recent years.With the rapid development of social economy and urban construction,more and more high buildings in cities,underground project,petrochemical enterprises and crowed places,frequent occurrence of all kinds of fire disaster and other disaster accidents,the tasks of the fire department become more and more difficult.At the same time that sets a brand-new requirement for the rescue mission of the fire department.With the quickly development of GIS and its continued convergence between remote sensing and computer technology,it becomes the key technology in providing precise geographic information for the fire commanders around the rescue scene.It also provides the information support for fire commanders' rescue in the contemporary condition.This paper puts forward relying on Geographic Information System,positioning system and fire fight conductor system as the base platform,integrated utilization of computer network,positioning system,GIS and multi-disciplinary advanced technology of wireless communication and video images to realize using geographical information to support fire-fighting instruction,using routing command to support the firefighting and using information to judge the supporting results.The main content of this paper includes: introduction the research background and the meaning,comprehensively description of the research status at home and abroad,realization functions of the electronic map display and professional data query,realization the analysis and query functions of the best way in fire rescue,design and realization of the management function of fire professional data,design and realization of the decision assistant function of intelligent fire rescue.It also intuitionistic exhibits the detailed information of the rescue scene,the statistical information of fire-fighting equipment,firefighters and so on,the key information of the position and condition of rescue vehicles,which can support the decisions of the commanders,promote efficiency of emergency rescue and reduce losses.
