Study On Project Management Process Based On BIM Technology

Engineering project management is very important to the construction of the project.It is directly related to all aspects of the construction project,and plays an important role in the construction of the whole project.At present,many problems in engineering project management in our country have been solved under the efforts of the national policies and the project participants,but there are still many problems that can not be solved by the traditional methods and tools.The development of BIM technology provides a new way of thinking and methods for engineering project management.At present,research on project management based on BIM is not much and the research scope is narrow,in addition,some of the research results are strong on theory and poor on practice,especially for the project management process based on BIM technology,this situation makes BIM technology difficult to implement in project management.Therefore,it is very important to explore the application of BIM technology in project management and to construct the project management process based on BIM technology with practical application value.This article starts work by referencing lots of literatures and project case analysis.First of all,this paper discusses the BIM technology,analyzes the real meaning and application value of BIM technology,and then puts forward the problems and reasons in the traditional project management,then introduces the BIM technology to solve the existing problems in the project management,It analyzes the feasibility of introducing BIM technology from the technical level,broadens the new thinking of project management,contrasts the traditional project management process,and forms the project management process based on BIM technology for the project participants to study BIM technology.At last,this paper combined with Qingdao Academy of Fine Arts Gymnasium project implementation research,verify the feasibility of the project management process based on BIM.This article provides the application of ideas and methods and processes for BIM achieving in engineering project management,which has certain theoretical value and practical significance,which can provide reference for engineering practice and follow-up study.
