Research On Modular Design Of Indoor Space In Chongqing Public Housing

As an important part of affordable housing, public rental housing is a major way toimplement and guarantee housing problems of the low-income to solve.Standardizeddesign as a mode contains the advanced production technology,it can improve thequality of housing, shorten the construction period, save construction costs and reducethe waste of resources.In the case of public rental construction facing the number andtime problem, we must ensure that the construction time but also consider the quality,sothe importance of an organized implementing standardized design and usingindustrialized construction is self-evident.In this thesis, through a lot of literature to read, analyze and summarize thestandardization and industrialization of public housing development experience in Japanand Hong Kong. Reference method for classifying industrial product modules todecompose public rental project into "components, components, parts" module, which"element module" corresponds to the behavior of cells, they are combined by a certainlaw, a "component modules" that feature room.In-depth study of the living room,bedroom, kitchen, bathroom four basic functions of the room modules, each clearly fitthe desired size and area, and made to optimize the design strategy."Componentmodule" corresponds dwelling, combined with public rental zoning, streamlinedorganization, function and other aspects of complex requirements, to make three typesof dwelling module.Each dwelling module are serialization and standardization; usinglightweight partition, centralized layout kitchen space, separate space flexible to meetthe needs of households in different periods.Finally, in the building design process, toreflect the living space flexibility, by selecting the traffic space module, differentdwelling combination mode to meet the different architectural planning and designheight.Industrialization is the future direction of the housing, and standardization inpublic rental construction, modular design, is a great opportunity for the development ofChina’s housing industry.This thesis closely focuses on core problems such as functionroom standardization,dwelling standardization and building standardization,discussesdeeply the related theory and design method of modular public rental housing.
