Research On Modular Design Of Public Rental Housing In The Context Of Urbanization

The rapid development of urbanization makes a large number of floating population enter the cities,and China’s urbanization is facing some problems and challenges,due to the housing security problems and environmental and energy problems,which cannot be underestimated.In order to ensure and improve people’s livelihood,the General Office of the State Council issued guidelines on the construction of affordable housing,so as to quickly solve the housing problem of middle and low income,and promote the realization of the goal of housing(public rental housing is an important part).Under the premise of ensuring quality,shortening the construction period and economic and environmental protection,to carry out the construction of affordable housing on a large scale,we need to use advanced technology and transform to standardized design,modular design and industrial construction.The study of this paper is therefore very necessary.This article has five chapters,the first chapter introduces the topic background,research purpose and research significance,and sorted out the research status,research ideas and methods of public rental housing design and modular design at home and abroad.Chapter two describes the concept of public rental housing,the proportion of public rental groups,the space design basis of public rental housing,etc.Meanwhile,the research on Nanjing Dingjiazhuang affordable housing area: on the one hand,the existing problems;on the other hand,the director of the newly completed winning project —— Dingjiazhuang Phase II.The third chapter mainly expounds the relevant concepts of modularity,and summarizes the modular design method and the required theoretical foundation,"CSI" and building modulus system.Some latest or representative cases of modular architecture and interior design were collected and explored by their design ideas and methods.At the same time,the application of modular design in architecture,trying to find the modular building form and design methods most suitable for public rental housing construction.Chapter IV describes the advantages,precautions and methods of the modular design of public rental housing,the classification methods of the modules of the system,and the design points of the dynamic line organization,functional zoning and composite utilization on the basis of classification.The fifth chapter summarizes and prospects,and proposes constructive strategic suggestions based on the preliminary research.The research deficiencies will also be further improved in the future.This paper uses a variety of methods,and starts from the demand,according to the modular theory and standards,hope to further explore the application potential of modular design in the public rental housing construction in China,explore the better method of public rental housing design,to improve the people’s livelihood and environment.
