Research On The Intensive Design Of Campus In Cold Region

With the lack of land resources in China,the urban land use efficiency is low,and the land use efficiency is still under the international average level.In the former campus construction of the general land use patterns and low density of the building model,not only a waste of land resources is not conducive to the daily use of the university management and sustainable development of the future.In the development of the construction of China’s colleges and universities,campus construction of land resources demand under the condition of intensive campus is the inevitable choice of the future campus more intensive,but the campus is not only the more intensive the better,but in the premise of saving land resources,and the quality of the campus space of the gu.The key is how to set the optimum design in the case of limited land resources,to achieve high density campus and to ensure the quality of campus space,space quality under different conditions of campus space at different levels under the intensive degree is also different,therefore,the campus space form and in-depth discussions,and exploration for cold campus intensive design provides the more reasonable design scheme.This article first carries on the analysis to the cold winter campus intensive design background,the construction process of the high-speed campus brings many problems to make the campus style stereotyped,large scale campus to make people feel warm and comfortable,and the current Chinese abroad on cold set research intensive design are illustrated.The main part of the core concept,the cold intensive campus natural characteristics,spatial quality basic analysis and found that the current cold campus planning,the use of land resources,and then resolve currently cold campus set has reduced design problems.Space form,focus on the cold intensive campus layout design,the use of land resources,campus scale internal environment of shaping,and intensive design of campus advantages obtained by comparison,the imbalance of the campus design problems are discussed,and the geographical features and climatic characteristics of cold,more reasonable for the study of intensive design of campus teachers and students needs of daily activities,including the degree of intensive design,space layout design of the reduced set etc..The last part of the article combined with the actual project: To evaluate the degree of intensive land use in Northeast Normal University,including its research,development and utilization status of land and the Northeast Normal University has reduced the problems in the process of the land to talk,finally is the investigation and analysis of the internal environment of school students and puts forward theoptimization suggestions of land use the Northeast Normal University,further down the road towards a world-class campus.
