Study On Policies And Strategies Of Economical And Intensive Utilization Of Urban Construction Land In Tianjin

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and economic development has entered a new normal.The new type of urbanization has put forward new requirements for the urban development model,and further improves the level of land conservation and intensive use,which is of great significance for the implementation of high-quality urban development.This paper holds that intensive and economical use of urban land construction is the optimal allocation of land resources,the most rational allocation of land resources and the most ecological allocation of land resources through the control of the total land use and the intensity of construction land use in urban land resources.Based on the requirements of urban land management and utilization at the current stage of economic and social development,this paper is based on the theory of land conservation and intensive utilization.On the basis of analyzing the evolution process of urban land conservation and intensive use policies and strategies,the present situation and problems of Tianjin’s land conservation and intensive use work,we can draw lessons from the domestic and foreign experience of urban land conservation and intensive use.This paper discusses the management model of land conservation and intensive use of urban construction land in Tianjin based on the control of the total amount and intensity of urban construction land,and analyzes the coupling relationship between this model and Urban Development and industrial upgrading.Finally,the paper puts forward the policy and strategy suggestions for the conservation and intensive use of urban construction land in Tianjin,in order to provide theoretical support for further enlivening the urban stock of land resources,strengthening the management of urban land resources,and actively and steadily advancing the land conservation and intensive use in Tianjin.
