| The Central Business District of the city is generally located in the heart of the city,with a high degree of land development and utilization,high population and building density,and a special geographical location or high commercial value that make the building density in the commercial area generally high.Due to the strong consumption attraction of the city commercial district,it is also the destination to attract people to travel and foreign tourists,which directly leads to the saturation of road traffic flow and parking space usage in the commercial area.Some roads are overloaded,and the congestion is serious,so the parking space in the business district demand is particularly large.The author chooses Changchun City as the research base of parking problem in the commercial area.For the majority of commercial districts in Changchun City,parking problems caused by various reasons are numerous.In this paper,according to the actual situation,several representative lots are selected for field investigation and study.This paper makes a corresponding investigation about the status of the parking supply situation,the use of parking facilities,the parking behavior of the parkers and parking awareness.A collection and collation of the relevant literature and research results has been made to summarize the existing problems of the parking spaces in these commercial areas and to further analyze the causes of the problems,and to explore the corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction which draws out the thesis,the objective and significance of the research,the contents and major methods of the research.The second part is the analysis of the necessity of urban public parking space planning in urban commercial area.This chapter is mainly about the definition and characteristics,the place of urban parking space in the business district,the status of urban transport development in China and major factors that impact urban commercial parking space design.The third part is the research and status analysis of public parking space in the city commercial district.First of all,this chapter clarifies the purpose,objective and research scope of this paper.On this basis,this paper taking Hongqi Street Commercial District,Chongqing Road Commercial District and Guilin Road Commercial District as examples,elaborates the basic situation and traffic environment in Changchun City Commercial District,and then sums up the status of theparking spaces of commercial districts in Changchun City.The fourth part is the main problems and the causes facing parking spaces in urban commercial areas.The fifth part,relating to reality,elaborates the types and optimization design of parking space in urban commercial area.The basic meaning of parking space is defined firstly.Secondly,the types and the influencing factors of parking spaces are classified.And then it sums up the principles and methods of commercial parking space planning.Finally,it puts forward an optimization strategy of urban commercial parking space.The sixth part is the conclusion. |
