Research On The Construction Of Multi Layer Of Building Construction Engineering Quantity List Of Building Construction Engineeringbased On BIM

The rapid development of the construction industry makes the disadvantages of the traditional project cost management become more and more prominent.To solve the problem of engineering pricing,our country began to popularize the project quantity list valuation model as the main basis of the project parties to bidding and make cost management in the early period.However,there are still many problems and defects in the engineering valuation mode and pricing software,such as the disadvantage of the working method and the working mode.High-tech and advanced management ideas provide a good opportunity for the development of China's engineering valuation field,with 3D technology as the foundation in BIM project,we can define project information in the model by using the.related softwares the lifecycle of project,thus improving the accuracy and efficiency of project valuation work.However,its application in the project cost valuation still exists many obstacles,such as contract issues,personnel issues5 management issues,just as important as the model reusability,which makes it difficult to truly achieve project management of the whole life cycle,but BIM also conducive to the project valuation,it can accurately measure,automatic response to design changes and so on.Based on the research of BIM technology,structure form and the bill of quantities forming,this paper researched project pricing data structure and pricing model,and designed to solve the current problems and defects of the application of BIM in project pricing,to realize the cost management of the whole life cycle of project project.This article firstly research the data type that IFC standard can express the and data type that BIM standard requires,comparison of Chinese engineering bill pricing principle and data type,found BIM project valuation data needed and can be realized based on data type.By analyzing the problems of BIM application in China's engineering cost software,found that the current limitations of BIM valuation type software problems and the methods to solve the problem,namely the creation of a whole life period of bill of quantities.Through the research to the domestic and foreign engineering classification encoding system,found the basis for multi level quantities and the main decomposition dimensions of all levels,with Masterformat and Uniformat as a whole on the basis of constructing multi-level decomposition,bill of quantities,and the define the rule of encoding,project characteristics,measurement rules of all levels of engineering quantity list.This study shows that BIM project valuation work can be implemented based on the bill of quantities,and it can be used for the whole life period of BIM project valuation,the bill is conducive to the realization of project cost management in the whole process,it has some guidance to develop related project pricing software.
