The aim of this paper is to reform the current project list format and pricing rules,make it more scientific and practical,to achieve the goal of effective control of inventory cost,to correct the error method and concept of project management,and to make the list valuation and inventory cost control and standardization.According to the expressway construction industry is currently advocated by the "fine management" concept,to Hengda section of Daguang Expressway as the research object,adopting the research method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the contract and the cost of technology,through the method of project investigation,collection and analysis of problems and modeling experiments,analysis of various factors of expressway construction contract price.The original bill of quantities was improved,and the measurement payment rules reform for more convenient and fast and at the same time,blocked from the system repeated measurement of vulnerability,avoid the contract cost overruns.The research of this paper can provide valuable reference and reference for the management of expressway bill of quantities.
