Now,the society is becoming more and more intelligent,and the MRF will have a wider application prospect in the future society,because of its advantages such as:fast response,small energy consumption,good controllability,strong reversibility,yield strength and so on.The MR damper has been most widely used as the most typical MR products.Research and study of it will be beneficial to the optimization and improvement of the quality of the MR damper.The study of the dynamic model of the damper is of great significance to the control of the damping system.The main structure and logical relationship are as follows:Firstly,study the structure of the MR damping unit of the MR damper,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the various types of structures.Design the structure of the MR damper,and determine the structural parameters and the manufacturing materials of the MR damper.Then,deduce the magnetic circuit model,damping pressure drop model and response model of MR dampers based on the basic principles of electromagnetism and fluid mechanics.And then,deduce the pseudo-statics model of the MR damper.Study the dynamic model of MR dampers and the parameter identification method.Next,use the finite element analysis method and the mathematical model of MR dampers to analyze the internal structural parameters and external input parameters' influence on the MR damper's performance.Study the velocity characteristics and the performance of MR dampers.Do research on the relationship between passive damping force and active damping force in output damping force.Subsequently,design the performance test bench of the MR damper,and select the components of it.Design the structure of the experimental platform,and analyze the timing diagram and logic diagram of the experimental system,and put forward the performance test method of the MR damper.Finally,in order to analyze and study the damping effect of the MR damper,design and build the MR damper vibration reduction model,and study the influence of different active control algorithms on the vibration reduction performance.
