With the development of economic, the city construction increased dramatically. The increasing of high building energy consumption made a negative influence on the sustainable development in our country. Therefore, the popularization of green building development is the inevitable trend. The investigations of green buildings have attracted the attention of many countries, and they have formulated the green building assessment from several aspects such as energy conservation, effective resource utilization and environmental protection to promote the development of green building. BREEAM and LEED are relatively popular green building assessment standards in the world, China’s “Evaluation standard for green building” set up followed. Due to the difference of countries and concept, the different green building assessment for the energy index has the different weighting and embodiment. So the research of energy assessment for green building construction, saving energy and reducing consumption has important significance. This paper conducted a comparision of LEED, BREEAM and China’s “Evaluation standard for green building” from several aspects, such as the building type, assessment scope, rating and weighting. Analyzing the energy assessment in green building assessment of three countries emphatically, and studing the similarities and differences among them. Due to one of the energy assessment indicators need to conduct the building energy consumption simulation, using IES-VE software to simulate the energy consumption, scientific comparing the energy assessment result of three typical assessment standards, then comparing the results. The result shows that the highest and lowest building energy assessment related credits are achieved under China’s “Evaluation standard for green building” and BREEAM environmental assessment schemes respectively. It illustrated that the BREEAM and LEED are stricter than China’s “Evaluation standard for green building”. China’s “Evaluation standard for green building” need to amend index of energy assessment to make it more realistic according to the result of BREEAM and LEED. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE) to establish a Chinese green building energy assessment(AHP-FCE composite evaluation model, evaluating the actual construction in order to make the correct energy assessment of the energy consumption of China green building. This paper amended the indexes of China green building energy assessment through comparing the result of China and foreign green building energy assessment, which has the important sifnificance to guide the development of saving energy and reducing the energy consumption in China.
