A Study On Green Building Assessment

As the green building booms in China, studies on green building assessing have gradually enriched. The domestic studies of the assessing on green building, range from the introduction of the concept of green building, introduction of assessing system abroad, to make comparisons of different systems. Refer to the content of the studies, are mostly focused on the assessing system. Green building assessing as a comprehensive assessing , its own development is consistent with the general rules of comprehensive assessing, Therefore, author makes the study of green building assessing basing on the intergraded basic theory of comprehensive assessing combining with examples of the abroad and domestic assessing system. As to make recommendations to the green building assessing of China, author focus on the LEED for the object and makes a comp ration of China's "green building assessing standards" and LEED.The dissertation is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1 is an introduction to the core concepts involved in this study to resolve in order to be referenced in the following discussion. In Chapter 2 the author dissertates the green building rating system, the theoretical basis, the assessing purpose and target , assessing objects, assessing system and assessing results of four aspects, an integrated evaluation of the theory with the characteristics of the green building rating discusses the basic issues of green building rating. Chapter 3 focuses on green building from the existing evaluation system at home and abroad, selected representatives of the four kinds of universal significance of the green building evaluation system in detail, and, and China's "green building rating standards" were analyzed. Chapter 4 , and further analysis of the U.S. LEED rating system, and passed the certification of its latest instance of a detailed introduction. Chapter 5, to LEED certified green building in China and China's " green building assessing standards " certified green building contrast as the starting point, discusses the evaluation of green building deficiencies, and hope to come to the development of green building in China advantages and development potential as the development of green building rating reference.
