In recent years,with the national railway "twelfth five-year" development plan,China’s high-speed rail construction has been rapid development.In order to improve the reliability of high-speed electrified railway power supply,in 300 ~ 350 km/h on passenger dedicated line road,27.5 kV high voltage cable is widely used in high-speed import and export of GIS of medium voltage switchgear substation connection,from the low voltage side of transformer substation to GIS switchgear and GIS switchgear feed out to power supply line between the connection between all use 27.5 kV power cables and cable connection accessories to realize the power supply electric power transmission,with 27.5 kV high voltage cables and accessories in the use of high speed rail,27.5 kV high-voltage cables and accessories has become a high-speed rail traction power supply system important constituent,in recent years,27.5 kV high voltage cable in various high-speed lines,the use of high voltage cable there are in the process of design,construction,operation and maintenance of hidden trouble in the later constantly exposed during the operation,reduces the passenger dedicated line and high-speed line power supply safety and reliability,bring high-speed operation.The 27.5 kV high voltage cable the traction power supply system in China quality management system is still not enough careful,27.5 kV high voltage cable to be used in high iron,a lot of problems in based on this,this article from the high-speed 27.5 kV high voltage cable current existing problems,from the design,production,construction,operation and maintenance,emergency treatment of the key points of the whole process of quality control,analysis,and the key points in different stages of the application of the scientific technology and management mode were analyzed,and a set of comprehensive and effective management measures.Realize the pre-control,in-process monitoring and post-analysis of the production and use process of 27.5kv high-voltage cable,so as to reduce the occurrence of the fault of 27.5kv high-voltage cable and improve the reliability of high-speed railway traction power supply.The significance of this study is to propose a future-oriented whole-process quality control management method to effectively control the quality of the 27.5kv power cable in the high-speed rail traction power supply system.The research work of this paper has certain reference value and practical significance for the operation and maintenance unit to carry out the whole process quality management of 27.5kv power cable.
