As our country's economic level has been improved and comprehensive national strength has been enhanced,the research and application of cryogenic treatment have been taken seriously,even deeply and deeply,that mainly for the dealing with tools,knifes and moulds,extending gradually to aerospace,automobile,military,etc.The cryogenic treatment could reaches the parts to improve the impact resistance,toughness,wear resistance,strength and other mechanical properties and dimensional stability and prolong the service life of parts.With the development of cryogenic treatment and the complement of test methods,materials have extended from the steel to the powder metallurgy,the Cu-alloy,the Al-alloy and other non-metallic materials such as Plastic and nylon,and the technique effect and the economic performance have been improved.This paper is discussing the effect on the cryonegy treatment to non-ferrous automobile parts' function,through dealing with the Al-alloy internal combustion engines' bearings and synchronizer ring gear by different temperature and different time intervals,And discussing the effect on the performance of automobile's parts made of non-ferrous metal based on cryogenic treatment.The tests is trying to find the relatives between the mechanical property of non-ferrous metal and temperature or time intervals with the cryogenic treatment,and find the reasons why the cryogenic treatment could promote or change the materials' performance by observation and analysis about the microstructure,the mechanical property and the appearance of fractures.Make a result,the combination property of the Al-alloy internal combustion engines' bearing and synchronizer ring gear would be improved after the cryogenic treatment.
