It’s been 10 years since China lauched the EMU program in 2007,and the whole life cycle of EMU is generally range from 20 to 30 years.In accordance with the provisions of the EMU maintenance procedures,there are currently large quantities of EMU need to disassemble and overhaul.The promotion of the replacement model has led to the complexity of the transfer of key parts in the various links.The collection of traditional traceble information mainly relies on the paper document record,which can not meet the requirements of the current management.It is urgent to introduce information technology into the vehicle traceble management of key parts.In the field of retroactive application of the more common means of information is mainly two-dimensional code technology and RFID technology,as the whole road to open EMU most of the road,the Shanghai Railway Bureau has taken the lead in the two-dimensional code into the material tracking management up.But in the two-dimensional code trial period,the Shanghai Railway Bureau material tracking management information is still relatively low degree,on the one hand due to paste in some of the uneven surface of the accessories easily lead to two-dimensional code off;the other is the two-dimensional code does not have repeated reading and writing,increase a lot of manpower costs,resulting in low efficiency retroactive.RFID technology in other industries of the traceble management has been more mature application,so this article identified the purpose and content of the study,that is,select RFID technology as a means of information to build EMU key parts of the retroactive system,and designed to meet the key vehicle accessories Traceble needs of RFID applications.First of all,this paper defines and classifies the key parts of the EMU,and clarifies the research object.Secondly,based on the traceble management theory,it analyzes the key accessories traceability system of the EMU and sets out the circulation of key parts,clarifies the traceble business process of key parts.And then sort out the 20 traceble links,and classify the key information to be traced back.On the basis of 20 traceble links,the key information acquisition process is given.Then,based on the analysis of the system,And the function of the two aspects of the retroactive system design;Finally,given the overall application of RFID programs.First,the key technical issues on the RFID analysis,found that the current cost,implantation process and data collection issues limit the use of RFID.Then,the paper puts forward the application scheme to solve these three kinds of problems,classify the key parts in cost,select the key accessories suitable for the application of RFID as the carrier of electronic tags.In the implantation process,there are two aspects which given the RFID implantation scheme.In the data acquisition,the traditional acquisition mode is analyzed and then the embedded acquisition scheme is given.This paper elaborates the retrofitting system of selecting key retouching system by using RFID instead of traditional paper records,and gives the application solution of RFID technology.
