| With the improvement of people’s living standards,automobile has entered tens of thousands of families as high-end consumer goods.But we find there are some parts quality issues while using automobile,thus automobile recall events happen frequently.With consumer’s high dependence of automobile in life,how to control the influence of the automobile parts quality is being an important problem.So the deployment of an efficient and stable product quality traceability system in automobile parts manufacturing industry becomes a powerful tool for handling automobile recalls.Firstly this thesis introduces the background and research significance of domestic automobile recall trends in recent years,and then it introduces the domestic and foreign research and the application status of the traceability system,and traceability’s concepts and work modes.With referring to the characteristics of barcode technology,data acquisition technology,virtual server technology and stored procedure technology,the overall system design of the physical architecture and software architecture is carried out which is based on the requirements analysis;The virtual server technology is used to design and implement the server environment;This thesis designs and implements code39 label which is based on barcode technology.At the same time,it designs and implements core modules of traceability system,such as data acquisition function module,production process control module,and traceability query module.Finally,it completes traceability system’s functional tests and performance tests,these test results ensure that the system can run efficiently and reliably after it goes live.The system solution of this thesis not only satisfies the main functions of collecting production information,controlling production process,and tracking quality data,but also realizes electronization of production information inputting,and frees the hands of production frontline employees.It improves work efficiency a lot.When product quality problem events happen,it helps automobile parts manufacturers to quickly lock in the suppliers and production process data.This thesis provides an important reference value for the rapid positioning of product quality accident and involved scope in the automobile parts manufacturing industry,especially in assembly-type companies,such as car seat belt manufacturers. |
