| As one of the key parts of the automobile,the clutch has a great influence on the performance of the automobile.Diaphragm spring is one of the most important parts of the clutch,its nonlinear characteristics make it has good working performance,and has an important influence on the use of the clutch.Now,put forward many kinds of optimization model of the diaphragm spring of domestic and foreign scholars,the optimization goal of each model are not the same,the intelligent algorithms used are not the same,which makes the design variables in the optimization process of different.In this paper,considering the influence factors of the friction plate in the optimization of the diaphragm spring,a multi-objective optimization model is presented by using the genetic algorithm toolbox.This paper combined with the optimization design of the main parts of the clutch friction plate and diaphragm spring,through a detailed analysis of the factors of influence on work friction plate and diaphragm spring of internal and external factors,and between the two key components of the mutual working relationship and optimization design influence each other after modeling to optimize the design of the clutch in order to improve their work performance.In the optimization,the optimization objective of the diaphragm spring is to minimize the mean value of the compression force before and after wear.The optimization target of the friction plate is the minimum contact area,reducing the moment of inertia.For the double objective optimization of diaphragm spring and friction plate,the two optimization objectives are transformed into a single objective optimization by linear weighting method.The objective function is optimized by genetic algorithm toolbox in MATLAB,and the optimal solution is obtained.The optimization of the diaphragm spring in the wear range before and after optimization of the reduction of the compression force changes,improve the stability of the compaction force.The result has certain reference value to the design of automobile clutch.For the diaphragm spring after optimization,using CATIA modeling software,and into the analysis of the finite element simulation software ANSYS,to find out the main points of maximum stress,the value to meet the use performance of diaphragm material,verify the feasibility of this kind of optimization. |
