In order to adapt to the distribution network management and production safety requirements,there are increasing intelligent electronic devices.The information exchange between them is also becoming more frequent.But because the distribution terminal equipment modeling based on the different standard leads to "information island",which has become a major bottleneck for its development.In view of the fact that IEC61850 standard has solved the problem of interoperability in substation automation system,IEC started to expand the IEC61850 to distribution automation system,distributed energy and other fields.The distribution automation introduced IEC61850 needs modeling of distribution automation.Distribution automation includes operation automation and management automation.There are many types of operation automation,protocols,communication modes,so the modeling work of the thesis is mainly aimed at the operation automation.Management automation modeling is based on the CIM,the problem of the interaction involves two information model.Therefore,the model harmonization problem should be addressed.This thesis developed research on modeling of distribution automation based on IEC61850 and CIM.The works are as follows:First,according to the smart grid architecture model,the typical business modeling of distribution automation based on IEC61850 and CIM is completed.This thesis uses UML to model three typical scenarios of small current grounding line selection system,PV plants monitoring and island protection,switchgear status monitoring.The modeling includes static structure model and dynamic behavior model,and information model and function model.Second,the study of distribution automation business information interaction involves the model harmonization of CIM and IEC61850.This thesis summarizes model harmonization solutions in domestic and foreign by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of this solutions,and gives the model harmonization process.The three business scenarios above are modeled and harmonized including associates CIM class to IEC61850 class,and associates CIM subclass to IEC61850 data attribute.Third,through the establishment of virtual business scenarios to simulate the actual operating environment,this thesis completed the test of the distribution terminal model based IEC61850 standard.We can verify whether the distribution terminal equipment model conforms the specifications and the feasibility of model harmonization or not through the test.The work presented in this thesis can be a reference for the application of IEC61850 in distribution automation.
