Research And Application Of Railway Safety Risk Management Information System

With the development of railway safety risk management in China,the concept of risk management has been widely disseminated and certain risk management experience has been accumulated.However,existing risk management is divorced from safety management and risk management has not integrated into daily safety management.In addition,deepening the railway safety risk management must rely on information technology.Therefore,the research and development of the railway safety risk management information system will provide favorable conditions for the development of the railway safety risk management.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background of railway safety risk management and the research status at home and abroad and also studies the relevant theories required by the design and development of the system.On this basis,this paper proposes the idea of risk management in the process of safety supervision and management,analyzes the overall business process of the railway safety risk management and establishes the risk control strategy,including pre-control,in-process control and post-control.Then this paper analyzes the business demand of the system,designs the overall structure and function modules of the system and studies the key technology of the system.In this paper,data mining technology is used to establish the risk evaluation index system and the risk evaluation and early warning model to carry out evaluation and warning for the safety status of the railway administration.In view of the complicated review process of the performance evaluation form of the safety management personnel,this paper studies the establishment of evaluation form workflow management system to realize the flexible configuration of the review workflow and uses the included angle of cosine similarity algorithm to solve the problem of merging similar entries in the evaluation form in order to clarify the performance plan of the safety management personnel.This paper uses the technology of Internet of Things based on RFID tag positioning to solve the problem of fraud in the process of the performance of the safety management personnel.The application of the railway safety risk management information system will solve the problems of railway risk management in China,improve the management and control ability of the safety management personnel for risk and enhance the level of safety management.
