The output speed error is the important indicators of the gyroscope encoder.Whether or not it meets the design requirements,will affect the accuracy of gyroscope encoder to measure the roll speed and roll angle.In order to meet the requirements of the automatic test of output speed error in mass production of military and civilian dual-use gyroscope encoder and the real-time and synchronization requirements of output speed error test,the gyroscope encoder speed calibration system is designed to meet the requirements based on permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).According to the designing and testing requirements of the gyroscope encoder,the design task of the calibration system is analyzed,and the function and performance index of the speed calibration system are determined.The overall scheme is designed,it contains the slavor computer to acquire and control and the host computer to communicate and record.The speed calibration system is designed,which possesses the function of dual serial port acquisition,data comparison analysis and storage.The system is divided into three functional modules: hardware module,interactive module and soft control module.The hardware module includes an actuator,a feedback element,a control element and a drive element.After the servo motor model and parameters are determined,the vector control algorithm of PMSM is simulated,designed and verified based on DSP and MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results verify that the calibration system with integrated universal servo driver ASD-240 can achieve fast response and be a stable system.The hardware platform of the speed calibration system is set up based on servo driver ASD-240.The mechanical structure and electrical interface are designed to realize the function of motion transmission and signal transmission.The soft control module adopts DSP as the main control unit,and uses the orthogonal coding pulse Circuit(QEP)to collect feedback speed signal,in the timer cycle interrupt to complete speed closed-loop control by the pulse / direction control algorithm.The interactive module adopts NI’s multi-thread programming software Lab VIEW to realize the dual-port communication acquisition function of the host computer,and has the functions of frame recognition,DSP bi-directional response and data recording and analysis.Through the system test and application experiment,the speed calibration system can achieve output speed error testing of the gyroscope encoder,and meet the design targets.
