Research On The Renovation Design Of Industrial Heritage From The Perspective Of Catalyst

In recent years,under the acceleration of urbanization and the transformation of industrial structure in China,a large number of old factories and industrial sites in the city have been abandoned,which has affected the overall appearance of the city and caused the idle waste of land,making the contradiction between the increasingly tense land resources and the old industrial areas in the city increasingly sharp.With the abandonment of the original industrial production space,a large number of industrial heritages with industrial cultural value and reuse value have been left behind.There are many successful cases of industrial heritage renovation and utilization in China and abroad,which make people gradually realize the advantages of such projects,but on the whole,China’s industrial heritage renovation and transformation is still in the exploratory stage.From the perspective of catalyst,this paper carries out value analysis and Strategy Exploration on the renewal and transformation of industrial heritage,and through design practice,carries out effective renewal and transformation of industrial heritage,providing new ideas for the renewal and transformation of industrial heritage.The overall idea is to sort out and summarize the relevant theories and practical cases of industrial heritage renewal and catalyst,summarize several types of catalyst-based renewal strategies,analyze and think from the functional,spatial and cultural levels,and then extract the elements of catalyst renewal,and formulate the old industries that can activate the original decay.The strategy of industrial heritage renewal and transformation of buildings is then applied to the design practice to test the possibility and effectiveness of the implementation of the design strategy.The purpose is to apply the catalyst renewal strategy to the field of industrial heritage renewal and transformation for preliminary analysis.
