Design And Implementation Of Spectrum Analysis Card Of The Telemetry Vibration Data And Shock Data

The telemetry vibration data and shock data is featured with huge amount,the telemetry datas transmission was limited by the telemery data bandwidth.the spectrum analysis card was designed to transform time domain information to frequency domain information on aircraft,which can complete three channel vibration data convert to power spectral density and two channel shock data convert to shock response spectrum data simultaneously,enhancing the echo information validity,decreasing the amount of data,economizing the bandwidth of channel.Frist,The thesis have detailed in the overall design scheme field of the spectrum analysis card,according the functional requirements and performance indicators in design plan of spectrum analysis card,the DSP + FPGA frame was used,and the communication scheme,the module of parameter management was presented.Then,in the hardware design field,the interface was described in hardware circuit.Next,In the internal logic and the key technologies field,the vibration data and the shock data be selected in the spectrum analysis card by the coordinate of the frame,the data management and arbitration logic moudle was designed to manage multipath FIFO in DSP and FPGA,the control of EMIFA interface and the priority level of data processing,the algorithm moudle was designed for vibration data convert to power spectral density and shock data convert into shock response spectrum data,designed result send moudle to transfer spectrum analysis data under the agreement.Last,the test environment be structured to verify the function of the telemetry data spectrum analysis card.By contrasting the spectrum data calculated by spectrum analysis card and Matlab software through Excel,which proved correctness of the spectuum analysis process.Through a lot of experiments show that the card can meet each of performance index and working stably.
