| Our country is now in the rapid development of high-speed railway and the railway terminal construction stage, because of the economic, the situation of population and and other large differences, the development of China’s high-speed rail has certain particularity. The effects of high iron for city needs to domestic scholars from the dimensions of theory and practice research. In this article, through the research both at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the domestic high-speed rail gap in the fields of study, to clear the positioning of this research and research methods; Research content focused mainly on the development and construction of high-speed rail hub station and function of type two aspects; Research level mainly in microscopic high-speed rail hub and surrounding areas.Through to our country part of the empirical study of high-speed rail hub, thinks under the background of China’s national conditions, high-speed rail hub can bring it around and significant development opportunities. On the basis of the it development and characterization of data obtained, this paper argues that factors influencing development of high-speed rail hub station main factors including the level of urban development, urban space, the station itself, accessibility of the station, station status and other six categories, and correlation analysis. Through the study think that the city’s economic development level, high traffic and high-speed rail hub itself, the space distance and time distance of the city centre, is the main factors affecting the same development effect; At the same time through the classification analysis, obtained the different population size city the main factors influencing the effects on different station development.Seven station development in China is relatively significant high-speed rail hub function type analysis, summed up the 12 kinds of function of land use types. On this basis, through the construction area of calculation, get seven new development of the four main functions of the same type, namely, market, hotel, office and living, and summarized the rule. Based on the comparison of different cases, this article also summed up China’s high-speed rail hub of four different land use development mode, namely the balance type, business functions leading and living functions leading type and trade function characteristics, and analyzes the differences in the development mode of different city features and station development background. The above analysis can be for our other high-speed rail hub station planning function type arrangement to provide guidance and reference. |
