| With the gradual popularization of intelligent station,the original test methods and test means of substation automation system have several shortcomings in the following aspects:The original test methods have no improvement according to the new characteristics,new features and new technologies of intelligent substation;Since the lack of a systematic and comprehensive substation data model as a support,the test system cannot reflect the actual data changes;In terms of functional testing,the new requirement of intelligent station was not taken into account.Above all,there is no complete test plan as the guidance of product for integrated supervision and control system of intelligent substation.In this context,this paper focuses on the research of test technique of integrated supervision and control system of intelligent substation.This paper begins with the research of structural characteristics and functional performance requirements of integrated supervision and control system of intelligent substation.Specific analysis is carried out from the test of single device to the system integration.For testing items which have specified requirement in the standards are summarized and for the new requirements of intelligent substation,such as the total station equipment network the test of the storm,to stand accused of layer server test,the function of the system of intelligent alarm and information comprehensive analysis testing,system response time and system redundant reliability,are analyzed in detail and performance evaluation indexes and a reasonable testing solutions are given.The important and difficult test project is pointed out based on the analyzed and discussed from the viewpoint of total station.These projects are hard to be completed using the existing testing method.This paper then puts forward two test systems to solve the problems in the testing process of the above projects:one is based on RTDS simulation test environment and the other is based on the simulation device.The advantages and disadvantages of two test methods are discussed and analyzed after practicing.In General,the two test methods can solve the problems in the testing process now but from the consideration of long-term development of intelligent substation automation system,they are both lack of flexibility,adaptability and expansibility.At the end of the paper,a new designed closed-loop test scheme which combines the two test methods is put forward.It is expected to make the test work of substation automation system more comprehensive and effective. |
