In early 2018,it is expected that there will be 10 lines operatoring of Nanjing metro at the same time totally.There will be more difficulties in risk management and control in the construction of the metro project operation stage.The problem of safety management mechanism of Nanjing metro operation stage is:what is lacked in safety management is prospection.It means that the early warning mechanism needs to be improved.In Nanjing metro operation stage,what is related to the accident early warning mechanism is the hazard source information system.This system lacks the analysis on the hazard source from the way of the accident precursor.To make the hazard source information system play a greater role in the accident early warning mechanism,the accident precursor analysis based on the data of the hazard source is done to obtain the systematic data of near-miss.(1)Through a comprehensive literature review,the deficiency of the current research of metro project construction safety management is pointed out:the analysis on accident precursor and the exploition and application which are adapted to the contents and characteristics of the construction in the metro operation stage are lacked at present.(2)Quoting the definition of accident,hazard source,precursor and near-miss in current research,the relationship between the four is researched form the definition itself.The natures of near-miss which is attached to the hazard source and points to the accident are proposed.It is explicited that near-miss is the intermediate state of the transition from the hazard source to the accident,so that the function and significance of monitoring and intervention of near-miss are pointed out.(3)The flexibility of the investigative model of precursors and immediate contributory factors(abbreviated as PaICFs)on the analysis of accident precursor in nanjing metro project operation stage is dicussed.The basis of the operation of the investigative model of PaICFs----the management situation of hazad source in nanjing metro is introduced from its identification,classification,evaluation and inspection and monitoring etc.The time and space characteristics to which the application of the investigative model of PaICFs must adapt in metro project operation stage are analyzed.The specific adjustment method of the pattern of the operation on the investigative model of PaICFs is pointed out.Then the hazard source data is taken into the investigative model of PaICFs to obtain a number of precursors which have the meaning of practice.The applicability of the investigative model of PaICFs to the construction of nanjing metro operation stage is proved,at the same time,the effectiveness of adjustment on the model based on the characteristics of the construction of metro project operation stage is proved.According to the investigative model of PaICFs which has been adjusted and the precursors which are already abtained,the near-miss data and its solution is abtained.(4)From the prospection,hazard source information classification and hazard source dynamic control,the shortcomings of nanjing metro hazard source information system are analyzed.The basic principles and logical methods of the construction of the 8 steps of the near-miss management system are elaborated.The near-miss discovery and reporting system is established and the Logic operation method of optimization of near-miss is analyzed.(5)Visio2003 is used to design the main interfaces of Nanjing metro construction accident precursor information system,and the module function and the usage method of the system are described in detail.
