With the continuous acceleration of China’s urbanization process and the needs of urban economic development,the scale of construction projects has been increased,and the quality of projects is important to protect people’s lives and property.In recent years,the quality accidents of construction projects occur frequently all over the country,preventing the occurrence of quality accidents from the source is not only the guarantee for the quality of construction projects,but also the guarantee for the safety of people’s lives.In this paper,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are used together to expand the analysis.(1)Through a detailed literature review,this paper summarizes the current situation of construction quality management,points out the deficiencies of quality supervision at the present stage:there are not a large number of real cases in the field of construction projects to support the in-depth study of near miss;for the construction quality,it has not made the risk identification and control more active.(2)This paper analyzes the relationship among hazard sources,near-miss,feedforward signal and accidents,expounds the development process of accident cause theory,and puts forward the significance and necessity of studying the influencing factors of near miss.(3)According to the application examples of the PaICFs investigation model,combined with the daily supervision experience,the main influencing factors of near-miss can be divided into three parts:human factors,material factors,equipment and material factors.By further refining the main factors of influencing factors,it can be used as the basis for the analysis of influencing factors of quality near-miss events.(4)Using the improved construction quality accident precursor meta-analysis model based on PaICFs investigation model,from three aspects of human factor,material factor,equipment and material factor,combined with the identification of the subject responsible for the near-miss.This paper makes a statistical analysis of 139 near-miss obtained from the actual cases in the supervision process of municipal infrastructure projects in Jianye District of Nanjing from 2018 to 2020.On the basis of the conclusion,this paper puts forward effective preventive measures to improve the supervision and management methods of construction quality by construction quality supervision institutions.(5)From the perspective of accident precursor,in order to prevent the occurrence of construction quality accidents,the database of quality near-miss events is established.In order to strengthen the management and control of construction quality risk,the existing quality supervision information system is optimized from the four processes of discovery,identification,treatment and analysis of quality near-miss.The improved meta-analysis method based on PaICFs survey model is used to carry out statistical analysis on the quality near-miss events obtained from actual cases.By finding the influencing factors of quality near-miss events,the paper puts forward effective preventive measures to improve the supervision and management methods of construction quality by the engineering quality supervision organization.Optimize the existing quality supervision information system,so that the construction quality can be better controlled.
