With the promoting of the New type of urbanization progress,new requirements and challenges are put forward on the development of urban traffic.Suspended monorail system is a set of feasible solution with it's special advantages,such as on time,stable,reliable,small occupation,low cost,and strong adaptability.It can not only extend the urban public space with another dimension,but also complement the insufficient capacity of city public transportation system.In terms of the research is still in its beginning stage in our country,the relevant standard is also not perfect.So it's necessary to do some research on the dynamic performance of suspended monorail train,put forward the evaluation standard,analysis the influence of key parameters and operation abilities under special conditions.This paper takes a domestic suspended monorail train as the object.In order to evaluate its dynamic performance,running behavior tests and evaluating standards domestic and abroad are summarized firstly.According to the characteristics of the suspended monorail train,an approval suitable is put forward.Then the structure of train bogie,suspension parameters and topology structure has been analyzed.A three-dimensional model of the train is established with CATIA,a dynamic model is established and calculated by SIMPACK.And then it takes different standards domestic and abroad separately to evaluate it's performance,compares each other to get a most suitable standard.In the last,the key parameters in the design of suspended monorail train(shock absorber between carbodies,guide wheel precompression,stable wheel),and the special vehicle operating conditions(cross wind,air spring failure)are simulated.Through the analysis above,it comes to the following conclusions:1.Sperling stability index and the average maximum acceleration of car body is utilized to evaluate the riding stability.The maximum vertical force between wheel and rail,the maximum lateral force of guide wheels,the roll angle of the car body,side-slip angle of wheel(only for pneumatic tyre)are utilized to evaluate its running safety.2.The domestic suspended monorail train's riding stability and running safety are both under standard either on straight track or curve.3.Steady wheel and shock absorber between car bodies are necessary,the damping coefficient can be used within the scope of the maximum.The guide wheel precompression is needless.4.In order to guarantee the safety of the train on the whole course,it is suggested to speed down when the cross wind reaches grade 8.5.When an air spring is damaged in a train,which mean the air spring is flat,the train can still return to get repaired with a reasonable dynamic performance.
