The promotion of electric car can effectively reduce vehicle emissions and consumption of fossil fuels,becoming an effective way to solve the problem of environmental and energy problems.In recent years,the government vigorously promotes the electric car and introduces the electric car into many cities such as Beijing,Shenzhen,Hangzhou and Tianjin.At present,the planning of electric vehicle charging stations becomes the most important problem,because of the short distance per charge and long charging time.Two problems exist in the traditional researches.1)Charging station planning research is oriented to all the electric vehicle including electric bus,private car,service car and electric taxi.However,different kinds of electric cars vary from different charging characteristics.Charging station planning without pertinence goes against the biggest social economic benefits;2)The traditional research about charging station planning can't reflect the charging characteristics of electric taxi which is the main service target of fast-charging station.Aiming at the scale use of electric vehicle,this article puts forward the method to plan the highway charging stations in one dimensional scene and the method to plan the charging stations for electric taxi in cities,etc.The main work in this dissertation is summarized as follows:(1)Take into account the importance of time value to taxi drivers and the character that drivers will give consideration to both time cost and convenience in finding passengers when they choose a charging station,a probability selection model based on utility function is given.Then the social total time cost in finding charging stations and finding passengers can be calculated.The minimum sum of social total time cost,investment for charging station and stations' power losses was taken as the objective for the charging station location optimal planning.Then the optimization configuration of charging stations was performed by utilizing the queuing theory M/G/c model.The whole planning model was solved by IQGA.(2)Based on the probability selection model for charging station selection,the travel time reliability was considered in this new model.So considering the charging efficiency for taxi drivers,service convenience of charging stations and the economy and security of distribution network,a multiple objective programming method based on random-probability behavioral trait and travel time reliability was put forward.In the planning model,the whole society's charging time,travel time reliability and distribution network loss were set as the multiple objective function to be optimized.The distance between the charging station and the operational security indicators of distribution network were set as the constraint of the model.Furthermore,the planning model was solved by NSGA-2.The final planning scheme was determined from Pareto non-inferior solution by TOPSIS theory.(3)The current planning methods of electric vehicle(EV)charging stations failed to effectively coordinate the benefits of both operators and users,and the cumulative effects of the timing traffic on waiting time lack detailed analysis.Aim at these limitations,a more accurate method for planning EV charging stations on expressway are proposed.Firstly,build a mathematical model aiming to maximum the comprehensive benefits of the stations' operators and investors and EV travelers;secondly,propose a dynamic simulation method of EV flow and travelers' charging selection;then the model is solved using particle swarm optimization.
