With the rapid development of the global economy,the problem of resource shortage and environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.It is imminent to develop clean energy instead of traditional fossil fuel.In the trend of energy saving and emission reduction,electric vehicles have attracted wide attention from all countries because of their non pollution,zero emission and low noise.With the promotion of electric vehicles,the demand for users' charging is also increasing.But at present,the construction of charging stations is lagging behind.Charging is not convenient enough,which greatly limits the popularity and development of electric vehicles.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to plan the location of charging stations reasonably.In this thesis,the planning method of electric vehicle charging station is focused,the main work is as follows:(1)According to the planning requirements of electric vehicle charging stations,the principles are analyzed,including convenience,economy,safety and feasibility,and further analysis of the influence factors are given,such as government policy,charging demand,regional economic development level and the power grid.The elastic coefficient method is applied to predict the quantity of electric vehicles.Monte Carlo simulation is used to simulate the charging load of electric vehicles within 24 hours,and the charging load curves of electric cars,electric buses and electric taxis are given.(2)Considering the problem of user's satisfaction and operator's interests in charging station construction,a multi-objective planning model of the electric vehicle charging station is designed in this thesis.The model not only considers the user's waiting time and the distance from the charging station from the user's perspective,but also considers the cost of constructing the charging station from the perspective of operators.This model makes the planning of the charging station more realistic and more reasonable.To serve this model,I add taboo search rules to design new crossover operators and mutation operators which can improve the convergence speed of the algorithm.(3)The optimal solution for the planning of the charging station is obtained by the simulation and calculation of an example.The feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm are verified.Through the sensitivity analysis,the influence of the number of charging stations,the time cost of charging rate and the decision of charging rate with increasing users are studied.The conclusion is as follows: with the increasing number of charging stations,the user's satisfaction is improved,but the construction cost is increased at the same time,it's reasonable to find a balance;when the demand is under certain circumstances,the charging rate has a critical value,once exceed the threshold,the construction cost will increase significantly but with little achievement on improving user's satisfaction.
