Research On Performance Evaluation Of Maintenance Management For Rural Roads

With increasing mileage of rural roads,the people's travel demand increase and require improve,the conservation work increase significantly,which need to invest more conservation funds year by year.How to make good use of limited conservation funds to ensure that rural roads maintain reliable operation level has become an important issue for rural road maintenance administration.How to evaluate the current state of conservation of rural roads,build and improve the maintenance and management of rural roads Performance Evaluation System is an important work for rural road maintenance,which is the basic to ensure the maintenance funds.In this thesis,the problems of rural road maintenance management and the evaluation of the status quo are analyzed,the principles set evaluation,construction methods are explored,and the index weights principles and methods are also put forward?Scientific evaluation system is developed for road maintenance management by AHP,the level indicators and their corresponding secondary index weights are determined.Combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,with the rural road maintenance management performance evaluation of the Sanya city,Wuzhishan city and Qionghai city,the applicability and operability is test,which is in line with the actual work performance evaluation.A set of methods of rural road maintenance management performance evaluation and application are formed,which draw "rural road maintenance management job evaluation score sheet."Basing on this thesis research,the sound scientific evaluation system for rural road maintenance management can increase the ability to find the problems clearly and accurately,which is adapt to the modern rural road maintenance management work demands,improve the rural road maintenance technology status and operation level,it is important for conservation and management of rural road job evaluation.
