By using the merging unit,intelligent terminal and the IEC61850 standard,the digital traction substation has realized the intelligent primary equipment and the network of the secondary equipment.At the same time,the status of network communication directly affects the operation of the digital traction substation,so it is very important to monitor and analyze the message in the traction substation.In this paper,a friendly man-machine interface configuration tool is designed,which can quickly and accurately configure the online monitoring and analysis,fault recording and alarm communication function of the network record analysis system.The idea of the requirement analysis,parameter analysis,concrete design and functional verification of the network record analysis system configuration tools is analyzed in this paper.Firstly,the digital traction substation is analyzed,including the network structure of the transformer substation,and the intelligent equipment such as electronic transformer,merging unit and so on.And network messages are briefly introduced in this paper.Based on the research of the overall function and structure of the network record analysis system,the design idea of the configuration tool is presented,and the function requirement and development environment of the configuration tool is discussed.Secondly,Based on the analysis of the SCD file structure,the SCD file is used as the source of configuration message parameters.At the same time,the parameters of online monitoring and analysis configuration and the parameters of fault recorder configuration are analyzed in detail.Then,the modeling method of IEC 61850 standard is analyzed.The data modeling of the network record analysis system is made,including the logical device,logical node and relevant data,and the parameter analysis of the alarm communication configuration is proposed.Thirdly,the overall framework of the configuration tools is designed.The interface of the software and the function of each module are designed by Qt development platform and C++.In this paper,the software modules and flow chart is detailed designed,including the SCD file parsing module,online monitoring and analysis configuration module,fault recorder configuration module,alarm communication configuration module.In this paper,we design the parsing process of SCD file,the data table of parameter database and use the model/view to display the parameters,and design the configuration file.Finally,the function of each module of the configuration tool is verified by the actual configuration,which realizes the functions of SCD file parsing,parameter information display,online monitoring and analysis,and configuration of fault recorder.
