In order to improve the safety performance of traditional residential buildings,the method for foundation soil identification is developed.Based on the demonstration engineering example in the foundation reinforcement base of traditional residential buildings,the corresponding design,construction and monitoring methods of cement grouting method and static pressure pile method are studied,which provide the basis for the corresponding technology promotion.The paper summarizes the existing method of the foundation soil identification.On this basis,the author puts forward the method named " manpower drop hammer shovel method " for the assessment of traditional residential buildings foundation soil.In this paper,the two methods of cement grouting and static pressure pile are applied to reinforce the foundation of the original house in the Dongzhuang Village,Jiaozhuang Township,Xiping County,Zhumadian City,Henan Province,which is selected as the test base.The main conclusions are as follows:?1?According to the characteristics of the traditional residential foundation soil and the classification methods of the foundation soil,this paper summarizes the methods of foundation soil identification commonly used in traditional residential buildings,namely,rubbing method,knife cutting method,hammering method,hand twist method and dry clod soaking method.Under the same conditions,the standard penetration test number N63.5 and the manpower drop hammer shovel test number S10 are correlated,the correlation formula in the silt site is 63.5 10N= 1.1229S+ 0.3559,the correlation coefficient is = 0.93002R;the correlation formula in the silty clay is63.5 10N= 1.2999S-2.4447,the correlation coefficient is = 0.93182 R.?2?When the grouting method is used to reinforce the shallow foundation,separate sealing is prone to leakage phenomenon,it is a good solution to this problem by using a grouping sealing technology with a slurry leakage preventing slab and a corresponding ribbed slab,while the outdoor slurry leakage preventing slab can also serve as water apron,indoor slurry leakage preventing slab can serve as indoor floor;The grouting pressure in the grouting reinforcement process of the shallow foundation is not easy to control,the maximum grouting pressure during the test is about 0.15MPa;When the grouting method is used to reinforce the shallow foundation,the foundation has a certain lifting effect,the lifting effect is related to the upper part load,the larger the upper load,the smaller the lift;When the cement grouting method is used to reinforce the shallow silty clay foundation,the slurry filling rate is f=8.36%14.40%,the average slurry filling rate is `f=10.70%;the slurry filling rate proportional coefficient is k=0.160.31,the average slurry filling rate proportional coefficient is `k=0.23.?3?When the shallow foundation is reinforced by the static pressure pile method,the supporting beams on both sides of the foundation can effectively control the settlement of the reinforced structure foundation,the wall settlement almost no change in the process of static pressure pile;In the case of the shallow foundation with static pressure pile method and the bearing course at pile end is silty clay,the measured pile force coefficient is ?= 1.77 2.31.It is suggested that the ultimate pressure design value for similar situation is not less than 2.5 times of the vertical bearing capacity eigenvalue of single pile.
