Safety is one of the basic needs of human beings.No matter what type of risk belongs to what factors stimulate,when danger is activated,only those who live in the center of the system and the dominant position can take the initiative to avoid or defensive measures,eliminate danger or guide the development of risk,so as to prevent the occurrence of accidents or reduce the purpose of accident damage.The safety and reliability of the employees refers to the construction site safety production,under specified conditions and within the stipulated time,practitioners correctly recognize the provisions of the task and the surrounding environment,the output of effective behavior,accurate role in the provisions of the site,without error to complete the required tasks ability.The safety and reliability of the employees depend on six factors,such as human's sense ability,reaction ability,cognitive ability,work ability,learning ability and psychology.By using the method of questionnaire,field investigation of the security situation in the production of small and medium-sized construction projects,count the data such as the frequency of the occurrence of the accident,the biomechanics index and the structure of the employees;Through the method of grey correlation analysis,calculate the correlation degree between various biomechanical factors and production safety accidents;Using the method of model analysis and accident case analysis,according to the relationship between the biomechanical factors and production safety accidents,to calculate the changes of biomechanical factors with age,found that the aging of employees on the construction site production safety impactAccording to the analysis results,from the perspective of active defense,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,improve biomechanical indicators and safety and reliability of employees,so that practitioners play an active role in the safety of production,in order to reduce the production safety accidents of small and medium-sized construction projects,optimize the construction site safety environment,and improve the social production safety situation.
