Rubber concrete is a new type of concrete which is based on concrete substrate and incorporation of rubber particles during the preparation of concrete.Domestic and foreign scholars have carried out in-depth research on strength and durability of rubber concrete.For the anti-abrasion performance and anti-impact performance of rubber concrete is still in the preliminary research stage,If we can systematically study rubber concrete and then apply and promote it,it not only can provide a new solution to solve the anti-abrasion of hydraulic concrete,but also can relieve the environmental pollution problems of scrap rubber.The main contents of this paper consists of two parts: one is study on anti-abrasion performance and anti-impact performance of rubber concrete.In the part,two different size of rubber particles were selected,and the rubber particles were treated with four kinds of surface treatment(no treatment,water washing treatment,,NaOH solution treatment,NaOH solution and KH570 compound treatment).The rubber concrete was prepared with two kinds of rubber particles volumes.Study the different effect of modified rubber particles on work performance,mechanical properties,anti-abrasion performance and anti-impact performance.The second part is evaluation of anti-abrasion performance of rubber concrete by fractal theory.Based on the anti-abrasion test,the fractal dimension of the concrete surface was calculated by box counting method,and analyse various factors on the anti-abrasion performance of the rubber concrete.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In a certain range,concrete slump mixed with 1~3 mm rubber particles increase with the increase of rubber's content,concrete slump mixed with 3~6 mm rubber particles first increased then decreased;(2)The rubber particles are incorporated into concrete will reduce the compressive strength of concrete,but to a greater extent improves the anti-abrasion strength and anti-impact strength of concrete at the same time;(3)The size and content of rubber particles have a great influence on the antiabrasion performance of rubber concrete,and the strength of standard concrete is has a great influence on the anti-impact performance of rubber concrete,the effect of surface treatment on the anti-abrasion performance and anti-impact performance of rubber concrete is small.Among the surface treatment methods,the effect of complex treatment of NaOH solution and KH570 was the most obvious;(4)The fractal dimension of the concrete surface is negatively correlated with the three factors of the standard concrete strength grade,the rubber particle size and the rubber content.With the increase of the above three factors,the fractal dimension of the concrete grinding surface decreases continuously,and the anti-abrasion performance of the concrete is gradually improved.
