Truck crane is kind of crane installed on the ordinary or special car chassis,it can transfer fast,travel on the road,arm length and amplitude conversion time is short,is widely used in various fields and departments.This study is mainly based on the Group's Jilin University and XX cooperation projects--the research for health monitoring and early warning system of truck crane boom structural.Carrying out finite element analysis for XCT12L4 truck crane boom structure and researching the effect of defect parameters on the performance to understand the mechanical properties of XCT12L4,and to provide some data base for Structure Health Monitoring and Early Warning System for Truck Crane.Early,through the XCT12L4 truck crane data collection,and communicating with the design staff to understand the XCT12L4 truck crane boom structure and conditions.Using the software ANSYS to calculate the XMS12L4 boom structure,and testing.Finally,determine several defect parameters to analyze and calculate their effect on performance,in order to ensure the safety of lifting operations.At first,we carry on the plan analysis.Through the XCT12L4 truck crane data collection,we understand the XCT12L4 truck crane boom structure and conditions.Using BEAM188 to simulate the boom structure,BEAM188 and SHELL181 to simulate the gib structure,LINK180 to simulate the cylinder and rope,MPC184 to simulate slider and hinge.Adjust the quality of the simplified model in a reasonable way,making it consistent with the original mode.Establishing a plan computation model by ANSYS parametric language and DOS language.Apply load according to GB3811-2008,and extract cylinder and rope force,to verify the accuracy of the model.Through strength control and stiffness control,calculating performance under various working conditions,provide reference for product design,and provide model for defect parameters analysis.Next,we apply detail finite element analysis.According to the model provided by thefactory,we simplify and establish the detail finite element model,use SHELL181 to simulate boom structure,SOLID185 to simulate sliders,and establish contact element between sliders and boom to make the simulation more real.Finally,we research the four parameters,including wind load,side angle,slider wear,the angle of boom,modify the plan computation model and detail model and analyze.Calculating the percentage of the change of the defect parameters to the performance.The database can be used to provide some data base for Healthy Monitoring and Early Warning System for Truck Crane.
