With the development of China's economy into the new normal,to explore the new way of development of the construction industry has become the focus of attention.prefabricated construction has potential advantages in reducing material consumption,improving social and environmental benefits and improving labor efficiency,which has resulted in rapid development.As the prefabricated building achieves a large number of component factory production and on-site installation,the traditional construction project management faces challenges.lean construction methods provide a way to learn for the management of prefabricated building,and how to apply the theory to guide the construction of the construction process and to change the current extensive development methods to improve the core competitiveness of the assembly industry enterprises is worth studying.The quality defects of prefabricated building is the starting point of this paper,then the domestic and foreign manufacturing and construction industry quality management theory and practice were studied,combined with the research results of intelligent information transmission and collaborative management based on industrialization and information technology,quality problems and improved mechanisms as core issues to do an in-depth study.This paper analyzes the facts and causes of quality problems in assembly building construction by using the arrangement chart method and 4M1 E method.The improved quality mechanism is put forward from the aspects of organization,culture,process controlling,technical support and information collaborative management.The first chapter introduces the current policy,practice and obstacle to the development of the assembled architecture,then put forward the research content,purpose,significance and technical route.The second chapter analyzes the main quality problems and causes of design,production and transportation,site construction,and then solves the existing quality problems from organization,culture,process controlling,technical support and information technology collaborative management of five aspects.Five aspects of quality management difficulties arethe split process of design and construction making the coordination of management inefficient,lacking in awarenesses and knowledge about quality and safety management of employees easily leading to quality hazards,process controlling inefficient,the lack of efficient quality assurance tools and technology,low level of information technology collaboration.Five proposal of quality management is improving the prefabricated building management system,quality culture and personnel training,implementation of lean construction process control,quality assurance based on the advanced technology means,information collaborative management based on BIM technology,follow-up sections described in terms of the above five improvements.The third chapter puts forward suggestions on quality improvement from the perspective of organization management,including improving the assembly management system,standardizing the production and construction site management to boost the production management level.The fourth chapter puts forward suggestions for improvement from the perspective of culture and process controlling,including the cultivation of enterprise quality culture,the process management based on lean production theory.The fifth chapter puts forward the information management platform based on the technology of Internet,BIM and laser scanning,analyzing the applicability of the technology.The sixth chapter concludes and analyzes the shortcomings of the article.
