Research On Optimized Expression Of Regulatory Plan In Conjunction With Urban Design

Through the development of over half a century,city construction has begun the transformation process from large reconstruction to fine control and management.Under the time background,city design that has direct influence on city construction quality is gradually valued by planners.However,at present,the status of city design is very embarrassing.It has no legal effect though it runs through all of the layers of planning,and it is difficult to control the quality of city construction.Hence,it implements the constant exploration to the infusing of regulatory plan and city design.The paper starts from the research background,research purpose,research scope and research method of the fusing of regulatory plan and city design,to summarize the relevant domestic and foreign research dynamic states in theory level and practice level,and provide helpful reference for the following research.Then analyzing problems of city design of regulatory level.Starting from the relation of regulatory plan and city design and infusing mode,the research method of problem-oriented explores the existing problems in city design of regulatory plan level,to provide pertinence for the following measures.To sum up,the paper gives some suggestions about the expression optimal research of city design of regulatory plan.In order to solve the problems mentioned in the above chapter,fuse city design into regulatory plan,and have content optimizing and expression optimizing to city design in regulatory plan level.Content optimizing includes the content system construction and specific content improving;expression optimizing includes the optimizing of expression ways and plan expression of achievements.At last,taking the case of Beicheng district,Beichang Shan village of Changdao county.Starting from introducing the background of regulatory plan of Beicheng district,Beichang Shan village of Changdao county,divide the Beicheng district into the general control district,ecological control district and key control district.Taking the commercial center district of key control district as the example,respectively making the plan achievements of three aspects of city space environment,city architectural form,city environment facility,to be the beneficial supplement of regulatory plan achievements.
