The topic of this thesis is from the project of Jilin province transmission and transformation engineering company,and takes the construction of A UHVDC transmission line project as the research object,mainly studying the schedule management of UHV power transmission and transformation project.Reasonable selection of steel core and building materials according to the different terrain,ice and wind region of UHV power transmission project,the selection of the path,the line as much as possible and UHV parallel common corridor,and try to compress the parallel distance,thus greatly saving along the land resources,reduce the impact on the local land,town planning.Line selection by China scene stereo image holographic platform,rationally adjust the relationship between the line and the obstacles along the joint,point to the overall path scheme and optimize the design section.Reasonable planning of the tower of the project,the optimization of the tower design,in the corridor tension.Adopting new grounding materials according to local conditions can improve corrosion resistance,reduce the workload of replacement maintenance,ease construction,reduce excavation area,improve resistance reduction effect,protect environment and reduce life cycle cost.The object of this paper is A UHVDC transmission line project.The project is located in Xi'an city of Shaanxi Province,Weinan city and Shangluo city.The total length of the line is 137.118 km,with 261 foundations of iron tower foundation.Along the terrain are 54.1% flat terrain,18.3% hills,14.6% general mountains and 17.5% mountains.The area of the line is between 340 and 2450 m.According to the reasonable selection of steel core sections of different terrain,ice,wind,rational planning and engineering optimization of tower tower location,design engineering,tension in the corridor area adopts conductors in vertical arrangement of the "F" type suspension tower,saving and UHV transmission line corridor width,reserved for the corridor.I read the relevant domestic and foreign books about the progress management and learn the related theories about schedule management,and analyze the characteristics of schedule management in the project.The construction project of A UHV DC transmission lines as the carrier,the use of theoretical knowledge,combined with project management schedule management system control theory,PDCA cycle,comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the project construction schedule management,puts forward the existing project schedule management in the preparation of schedule and progress control,and analysis of its causes.And put forward the improvement scheme of the project:(1)through the decomposition of the calculation,the residual quantity by using WBS structure decomposition method,determine the working relationship and work time,the preparation of construction schedule,and the construction plan is optimized;(2)to control the progress in the optimization process and key nodes;(3)schedule management appraisal system optimization.Finally,the improvement measures of project schedule management are put forward.The research results of this paper are applied to the construction of the project,and the progress control management of the project has been improved,and the construction cost has been controlled,and good results have been achieved.Through the research of project schedule management,it can promote the schedule management of power engineering construction.
