Study On The Risk Management Research Of Datang Qinghai 10MW PV Project Based On EPC Total Package Mode

EPC general contracting model has certain characteristics,in general,the application of EPC model for project management projects have long cycle,large investment,application technology is more complex,so the implementation of the project may exist in the uncertainty that is risk bigger.This may cause some difficulties and relatively large risks and hazards in the control of the progress of the project,the quality of the project,the cost of inputs and the safety of production.Because of the above problems,and therefore based on the position of project management,management and control work in all aspects and issues carefully discussed,in-depth study and analysis of EPC general contracting model of the basic theory and practical application of risk management methods,the method is very necessary,Through the study of possible EPC general contracting model,the new approach to project management,the new model to provide more theoretical and practical support,but also for the photovoltaic power generation project construction risk management and control to explore some new methods.In this paper,the risk management of 10 MW ground-connected PV project in Datang Qinghai is taken as the research object.The problems of EPC general contracting mode management in PV project are analyzed,and the risk management content under the background of EPC general contracting model is studied.And application.To solve the problem there are two main aspects: First,through the EPC total package model of practical application process risk research,the formation of a set of scientific photovoltaic power plant project management methods.Second,in response to the national photovoltaic "leader" program requirements,to enhance the whole process of project construction management level.In this study,the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the methods and contents of the research,and the application of EPC in the theory and practice of PV projects.In the second chapter,the paper introduces the basic situation of the project and the risk of EPC management.In the third chapter,it mainly discusses the content of risk identification and analysis in the implementation of EPC general contract of this project.In the four chapters,the paper discusses the concrete implementation method of EPC risk management on the basis of the above contents,and summarizes the EPC management practice in this project at the end of the paper.Through this study can the new energy construction project management and control work to play a certain help and improve the role.
