Research On Risk Management Of Grid-connected Photovoltaic Power Station Development In Dazhuang, Shuangbai County

In recent years,China has implemented a series of preferential policies for photovoltaic subsidies,such as the Golden Sun Project.Due to the influence of the policies,the photovoltaic power generation projects in China have developed explosively in recent years.By the end of 2016,China's photovoltaic power generation projects had accumulated77.42 GW,which was the fastest growing period of China's photovoltaic power generation projects.It is because of the rapid development of photovoltaic power generation projects in China that the design,construction and specification of photovoltaic power generation projects in China are not perfect,especially for the risk management of photovoltaic power generation projects,which is still the main problem at the stage of rapid development.This problem also limits the healthy development of photovoltaic power generation projects in China to a certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct systematic research on risk management of photovoltaic power generation projects.Based on this,this paper firstly systematically introduces the research status of risk management at home and abroad,and through the analysis and research of the relevant theories of project risk management,rationalizes the application of the relevant theories of project risk management to photovoltaic power generation projects.Secondly,combined with the relevant knowledge of project risk management,the project risk of Dazhuang grid-connected photovoltaic power station in Shuangbai County is studied and analyzed,and the project risk is identified and evaluated by four methods: questionnaire method,expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,through the project development process,the risk management of Dazhuang grid-connected photovoltaic power station in Shuangbai County is introduced from different dimensions,and the corresponding management countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
