| As the high-speed development of global industrialization,the greenhouse effect is becoming more and more serious.As the main energy consumption of the traffic construction industry,begin to reform for energy saving and high efficiency.With the high-speed development of the asphalt warm mix technique,it becomes more share in the road contruction because of energy saving and low pollution makes.In this paper,designing a kind of warm agent adding equipment used in producting the warm mix asphalt.Through the brushless DC motor to control the pump to add the warm agent to the asphalt pipe,in order to realize the warm agent mixed with asphalt perfect.First,designing the overall structure of the warm mix agent adding equipment.Through the introduction of the working principle of BLDCM,pump,flowmeter,pressure transducer and liquidmeter to select the appropriate model to fit the working requirements and environment of this equipment.To meet the requirements of practical engineering,the use of the device include two kinds of working forms: standby mode and working mode.When the device is in standby mode,the BLDCM still keeping high speed to maintain liquidity of the warm mix agent.Then,modeling and analyzing the flow field in the mixer of the equipment.Using the SolidWorks2010 to realize the geometric modeling of the mixer,then use the FLUENT to make the simulation.Through the concentration distribution on the outlet of the mixer to judge the mixed effect,and change the structure and the initial parameters on this basis,and eventually get the perfect design scheme of the mixer.Finally,designing the control model of this device.Based on the STM32F407ZGT6 chip,match up the touch screen,power switch tube driving circuit,back-EMF zero crossing detection circuit to make the complete the hardware circuit of the device. |
