Research On Road Network System Planning Of Ro-ro Port Collecting And Distributing

The collection and distribution system is the basis for the development of the ro-ro port area.However,the main collection and distribution methods are land and sea transport,and the road network is the necessary access to the port area.So the road carries almost all of the roll-off ports in the ro-ro port area.The rational planning of the road network of the ro-ro port can improve the efficiency of the distribution of goods and promote the rapid development of port.Eventually it drives the hinterland city economy growth rapidly.But the rapid development of the economy has also put forward higher demands on the collection and distribution road network of the ro-ro port area.In order to meet the demand for traffic volume in the ro-ro port area,we should make reasonable plans to the collection and distribution road network.The paper draws lessons from the experiences of planning and mapping the road network at home and abroad.Combined with the development trend of ro-ro port area and the current situation of road network,the paper has conducted the following researches.First of all,the paper analyzes the influence of traffic volume and throughput on the road network planning of ro-ro port area and presents time series method,causal analysis method,average growth rate method and combination method of three methods as the forecast method of port throughput.The second,combined with the traffic characteristics of the ro-ro port area,the paper puts forward the method of forecasting the traffic volume of the ro-ro port area.The third,based on the forecast of the traffic volume of the roof harbor area and the relevant theory,the overall layout of the road,the lane width,the number of lanes,the road length,the road grade,the road cross section,the road profile,the parking lot and the node are planned and put forward the rooftop port collection and distribution of traffic management recommendations.The fourth,as the zhongxian ro-ro port area an example,based on the influence of the whole society freight volume,the paper uses the combination forecasting model and the relevant data to forecast the throughput and traffic volume of Zhongxian Port and ro-ro port area.The fifth,based on the current situation and development trend of the road network in the roro port area,the paper makes reasonable plans for the road network layout,road grade,lane width,lane number,road section,node and parking lot of Zhongxian roaming port area,and the Xinsheng,Dengjiatuo and Caoxihe operating area of the parking lot and the internal network are also planned reasonably.
