In the past two decades,China's expressway construction has made rapid development,the major areas of the highway network have been basically completed,but with China's highway life and traffic increases,the road surface damage In the growing,the speed of damage is also accelerating,the development of the highway has entered the construction of the main building to the new stage.In this context,it is of great significance to carry out preventive pre-conservation research on expressway pavement.In recent years,preventive maintenance has been paid more and more attention,since the construction of the highway in 1988 to achieve a breakthrough since the economic growth,china's highway planning and construction has become the focus of the country,a variety of highway construction and conservation concept also will rise,especially preventive maintenance,its "early investment,high return" features make a high degree of road maintenance management into a New stage.Preventive conservation is the maintenance of the road when the road is still in good condition to prevent the rapid development of disease behavior,this behavior can make the road has maintained its best service status,not only to extend the service life of the road,more effective Saving conservation funds.The preventive opportunity is one of the three major elements of preventive conservation.Its best time has always been the focus of this industry.Only when the best time can be determined to maximize the economic benefits of preventive conservation.Capital waste,too late will make the road has been seriously damaged,making the pre-maintenance loss of meaning.Therefore,this paper analyzes and explores the best timing of expressway pavement from the economic point of view.Based on the "Highway Technology Condition Assessment Standard",this paper makes a detailed improvement on the current road performance evaluation system of Chongqing,which is based on the relevant data of Chongqing Expressway.Because different regions have different climate and different traffic volume,different areas of expressway With its particularity,China's current standards are suitable for different regions of the highway road technology comparison,but in the conservation decision-making,but also need to be based on local characteristics,without violating the spirit of national norms,the application of specific indicators Secondly,the current performance prediction models are compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of each model are summarized.Combined with the present situation of China's expressway,the gray Markov combination forecasting model with good adaptability is established.Then,This paper introduces the existing preventive model of preventive maintenance at home and abroad,and through the comparative analysis,we choose the most widely used cost-benefit model as the pre-maintenance timing model,and take the best cost as the best of preventive maintenance opportunity;Finally,Wu Yuzhong Speed maintenance engineering,for example,the feasibility and applicability of the model.Based on the expressway project of Chongqing Municipality,this paper focuses on the best pre-guarding opportunity for expressway pavement in Chongqing.This paper not only provides some guidance for the development of preventive maintenance program for expressway management,but also provides some reference for the study of the preventive mechanism of preventive maintenance.
