With the continuous increase in China's highway mileage,highway operation period of growth,the maintenance of highway pavement problems have become increasingly prominent,the development and application of micro surfacing technology has great effect on the highway pavement maintenance.The application of micro surfacing technology in pavement maintenance has advantages of mature construction technology,low cost,obvious improvement of pavement diseases and rapid opening of traffic.But people found in the use of the process,compared with hot mix hot asphalt pavement micro surfacing,causing the vehicle driving process in car noise increased significantly,greatly reduces the driving comfort.But people found in the use of the process,compared with hot mix hot asphalt pavement micro surfacing in the running process of the car noise increased significantly,greatly affect the driving comfort.From the point of view of low noise,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the noise of micro surfacing.In the light of the present situation that the noise testing method and evaluation system of micro meter are not perfect,the specific equipment for noise measurement is developed and the evaluation indexes are given.From the point of view of low noise micro meter,various factors affecting the noise of micro surfacing are analyzed.In view of the fact that the noise test methods and evaluation system of micro meter are not perfect,the specific equipment for noise measurement is developed and the evaluation index is given.According to the domestic and foreign researches,through analyzing the forming process of the tire / road noise,the acoustic mechanism of tire / road noise reduction;through the analysis of the micro scale formation process of the road tire / road noise,the noise reduction mechanism of micro surfacing.Based on a small accelerated loading test machine,a data acquisition system was developed,and the surface tire / road noise values and vibration acceleration were measured by taking AC-13 asphalt mixture as a test specimen.This paper designed three kinds of gradation of micro surfacing,adding 5mm0.2% glass fiber micro surfacing and adding 1.5%80 rubber powder rubber micro surfacing of five kinds of micro surfacing,and micro surfacing noise effect on the above five factors(noise value,vibration acceleration and structure depth value and 2D 3D gray value)analysis and association studies,and general micro surfacing were analyzed to explore the micro table technology brings the noise reduction effect of gradation,fiber and rubber powder.Through the test data analysis,draw the following conclusions: micro meter performance road and micro effects of road structure of micro surfacing noise,especially structure depth and 2D gray value of the two indicators of pavement structure with micro surfacing relative vibration acceleration is a good correlation,and the distribution and additives on the micro table the road vibration acceleration effect;pavement performance index 1H wet abrasion and structural depth index has good correlation,which indirectly reflects the road vibration noise;multi factor linear regression model can be used to evaluate the micro surface noise level(vehicle noise and vibration in the vehicle).Micro table,level with the change from coarse to fine in vibration acceleration as the evaluation index,the micro surfacing noise significantly decreased;fiber,rubber particles can effectively reduce the vibration acceleration of the wheel surface in micro surfacing operation,adding rubber particles the effect is slightly better than that of adding fiber effect;fiber,rubber particles on micro surfacing noise reduction effect is smal er than the micro surface level with the coarse to fine effect of noise.Therefore,in the design process of micro surfacing,in order to reduce the noise in the process of pavement use,the optimization should be carried out first from the point of view of gradation design,and then the addition of additives should be considered.
