Study On Application Of Micro Surfacing Technology Of Asphalt Pavement With Low Noise

Micro surfacing for asphalt pavement has good sealing performance, skid resistance and abrasion resistance, and less influence normal construction on environment, are widely used in repair and prevention of asphalt pavement in high grade highway. But compared with ordinary asphalt pavement, paving micro table after the vehicle at the time of the car interior noise and noise are obviously increased, high decibel, long time of road traffic noise on the occupants of physiological, psychological will adversely affect, traffic noise as a kind of noise pollution, air pollution, water pollution and has gradually become one of the main types of environmental pollution. Therefore, development and noise prevention maintenance technology is an effective way to solve the traffic noise pollution.Currently used for noise reduction of asphalt pavement preventive maintenance method is mainly by adjusting the material gradation increasing seal gap rate or reduce the depth of the surface structure and engineering practice show that, the denoising effect is not obvious, unable to effectively reduce the asphalt pavement preventive of seal maintenance vehicle driving noise. This paper in view of the above problems, the system at home and abroad to investigate the road noise prevention technology research and application status, analysis of existing asphalt pavement noise prevention maintenance technology, based on surface texture properties to develop a novel noise reduction and prevention maintenance seal, preparation of milk with high viscosity modified asphalt, high viscosity, low noise micro surfacing mix ratio design, improve the prevention maintenance seal denoising performance and the effects were detected, the proposed noise of micro surfacing construction quality control method, for the noise reduction of the asphalt pavement prevention the popularization and application of maintenance technology provide a scientific basis.
