With the constant improvement of the construction of informatization technology,green,energy-saving and efficient construction standards has become more and more architects in the goal,the evaluation standard of green campus in our country gradually improve also make the campus green building design gradually tend to be the norm in the country,it not only reduces the energy consumption and optimize the use of equipment.Also lets the general student experience comfortable,the warm campus life.The current situation is not only attributed to the clarity of green building standards and the progress of construction level,but also to the application of building information integration workflow,namely BIM technology.Since the introduction of BIM technology into China,it has gradually played a role in the whole process of architectural design.It can not only assist the preliminary design,but also help architects to optimize the design in the deepening stage.In the construction and later operation and maintenance stage,it has played a role that traditional construction methods cannot play.Green campus design,with its comprehensive design needs and complex construction requirements,often makes architects timid in design.Some perceptual design intentions are often difficult to achieve due to technical reasons.The help of BIM technology for green campus design makes these perceptual processes more rational.The quantitative analysis of BIM technology in building thermal environment,wind environment,light environment and other aspects also helps architects better optimize the energy-saving design of green campus buildings.This paper is based on the application of BIM technology in green campus building examples of BIM technology and campus green construction plan for the combination of a variety of detailed research.This paper will start from four parts and conduct a profound and comprehensive study on the application of BIM technology in the green campus design of primary and secondary schools.The first part describes the basic research of green campus building and BIM technology,including the related theories and design standards of green campus building design,the related principles and application advantages of BIM technology.The second part starts with the analysis of the application of BIM in the design of green campus buildings,and describes the principles,key points,current situation and problems of the design of green campus buildings.This paper analyzes the influence of the application of BIM technology on the process method of campus green construction planning.The application points and strategies of BIM technology in green campus building design are introduced.The third part takes the primary school project of shabei experimental school as an example to systematically and comprehensively study the application of BIM technology in each design stage and the expression of the final results in the whole life cycle of the project.The fourth part summarizes the challenges and corresponding improvement measures in the application of BIM technology in campus green construction plan,and puts forward the corresponding prospect according to the current situation of China's construction industry.Through the case study of campus green building and the in-depth study of the current situation of BIM in this paper,it is expected to summarize the specific optimization effect of BIM application on campus green building and analyze the improvement methods to improve the applicability of BIM technology.It is also hoped that this paper can arouse more thoughts and discussions of relevant practitioners,so that BIM application can give full play to its maximum value and better serve the campus green building project.
