Active Distribution Network(ADN)is a power distribution network which has control measures such as distributed power generation,energy storage technology and demand side response,based on main distribution network.ADN can control sources,network and load adaptively aiming at running status of electrical power system.Regulation of energy in ADN mainly behaves as absorbing distributed energy resource(DER)and controlling them.It can not do without complicated and plentiful communication.This thesis does the research of communication technology involved in energy dispatching in ADN framework.Firstly,Information modeling work is summarized and analyzed for ADN including its energy sources,network and loads based on new defined logical node in IEC61850-7-420 standard for distributed energy resources and IEC61400-25-2 standard for wind power plants.Secondly,the integration of IEC61850 standard and MAS is performed by utilizing new defined node model within IEC61850 as the unified information transmission format among agents and mapping it to the ontology elements of Agent Communication Language(ACL).In proposed ADN communication framework based on MAS the information transmitting process between Micro-Grid(MG)Agent and DER Agent in MG.And a realistic mapping example is given on JADE simulation platform.Finally,the bidirectional interconnection is realized by introducing cross-platform Web service into MAS communication framework.Simulation results prove the communication feasibility among agents and through cross-platform Web service.
