According to the calculation of power transmission project material unloading and storage fee problems,the material unloading and storage fee rates were fixed by coefficient all the time,with the implementation of bill of quantities and the improvement of the level of power industrycost,power engineering construction of refining unloading premium put forward new requirements.As a unified standard for premium rate discharge with different voltage levels of equipment and materials are not accurate pricing,unloading and storage are two different forms of the original work actually,the original premium does not reduce the proportion of the cost of the two segments,in practical engineering,when the construction unit on unloading and storage fee need to be calculated separately,and lack of subdivision of unloading and storage fee according to the standard.In order to achieve the project material unloading and storage fee reasonable calculation,The power grid materials of different voltage levels must be carefully analyzed and integrated,and sum up the construction of power transmission project material unloading and storage fee standard.In order to reasonably determine the project material unloading and storage fee standards and to meet the practical application of power construction engineering,this paper collected different types of grid material unloading project and different areas,500 kV,220kV,110 kV and 35 kV four levels and storage of data,analyzed the influence of grid material unloading and storage factors by correlation analysis method and gray correlation,and respectively studied the power transmission project material unloading and storage fee.In this paper,different voltage grade material storage fee rate were calculated,and the voltage level of material classification and calculation of all kinds of materials handling fee rate.Finally selected 500 kV,220kV,110 kV and 35 kV four practical projects,with new estimates of truck unloading and storage fee rate calculation of various engineering storage fee,and compared with the original calculation results of unloading rates.The results showed that different voltage level estimates unloading premiums standards are generally lower than the original standard,the new estimates of the unloading fee and storage fee rate to reduce construction costs and improve the power grid construction have agreat significance to the overall economic benefits.At the same time,the implementation of the new standards will also be conducive to the promotion of enterprise and industry standards,and enhance the electric power construction engineering technology scientific,systematic and standardized management,it can also provide a more accurate calculation of the standard and more reasonable reference for cost management.
